28 | 28 | That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to provide that, for purposes of determining whether a municipality qualifies for a certificate of affordable housing project completion, elderly units restricted to persons and families whose income is equal to or less than eighty per cent of median income shall be awarded one housing unit-equivalent point. | |
