AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE OF QUALIFIED HEALTH PLANS OFFERED THROUGH THE CONNECTICUT HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require that the sale of a qualified health plan offered through the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange be transacted by an insurance producer.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that the sale of a qualified health plan offered through the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange be transacted by an insurance producer.
