AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SINGLE WIND DEDUCTIBLE FOR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE POLICIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 38a-316a of the general statutes be amended to establish a single wind deductible for homeowners insurance policies and prohibit such deductible from exceeding one per cent of the policy value.
Statement of Purpose:
