AN ACT CONCERNING THE COMPUTATION OF FEES FOR SETTLEMENT OF A DECEDENT'S ESTATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 45a-107 of the general statutes be amended to provide that the basis for computation of probate court fees shall exclude the value of nonprobate assets.
Statement of Purpose:
To exclude the value of nonprobate assets from the basis for computing probate court fees.
