AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF CHANGING THE RETIREMENT BENEFIT SYSTEM FOR NEW STATE EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the feasibility of changing the retirement benefit system for new state employees.
Statement of Purpose:
To study options for alternative retirement benefit systems for new state employees.
