AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL ALLOCATION OF OPEN SPACE FUNDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-25b of the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to allocate a portion of their open space funds for the maintenance of or upgrades to existing municipal open space property.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow towns to use a portion of their open space funds for maintenance or upgrades of existing municipal open space property.
