AN ACT EXTENDING TUITION WAIVERS TO RESERVISTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 10a-77, 10a-99 and 10a-105 of the general statutes be amended to extend tuition waivers for state higher education institutions to reservists in the armed forces.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide reservists with the same higher education benefits available to veterans and members of the National Guard.
