AN ACT ELIMINATING PUBLIC NOTICE BY NEWSPAPER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 1-2 of the general statutes be amended to allow for the publication of public notice on a municipal Internet web site in lieu of a weekly newspaper.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the requirement that public notice be published in a newspaper.
