AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that municipal stormwater discharge permits issued by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection contain only mandated Environmental Protection Agency requirements.
Statement of Purpose:
To balance the protection of the state's water bodies with the ability of municipalities to provide for their residents.
