AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ANIMAL ABUSER REGISTRY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a searchable database of convicted animal abusers which can be accessed by law enforcement officials.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a searchable database of convicted animal abusers.
