AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE COST EFFECTIVENESS OF TAXES ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study and identify any state taxes that cost more for the state to collect in administrative costs than the state gains in revenue received from the imposition of the tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To identify state taxes that cost more for the state to collect in administrative costs than the state gains in revenue received from the imposition of the tax.
