AN ACT LIMITING STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEE EXPENDITURES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 9-718 of the general statutes be amended to subject state central committees to organization expenditure limits.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the amount a state central committee may spend on behalf of a candidate participating in the Citizens' Election Program.
