AN ACT REQUIRING VOLUNTEER SERVICE OF PUBLIC ASSISTANCE RECIPIENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require recipients of public assistance to complete volunteer service benefiting their communities in exchange for assistance.
Statement of Purpose:
To require public assistance recipients to engage in volunteer service benefiting their communities.
