AN ACT CONCERNING UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICES AND ARBITRATION DECISION TIMELINES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that decisions rendered pursuant to the arbitration of unfair labor practices be issued not later than sixty days after the post-hearing briefs are filed.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that certain decisions regarding the arbitration of unfair labor practice grievances be issued in a timely manner.
