AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE WEST HAVEN ARMSTRONG PROPERTY PLANNING STUDY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate one hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of Economic Development for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the West Haven Armstrong property planning study to address the multi-level property at the intersection of Saw Mill Road and Elm Street which is opposite to the Metro-North train station.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for renovations to property adjacent to the Metro-North train station in West Haven.
