| 28 | 28 | That: (1) Section 51-15 of the general statutes be amended to increase the amount of money damages that may be claimed in a small claims action from five thousand dollars to ten thousand dollars; and (2) section 52-259 of the general statutes be amended to provide that the entry fee for a small claims action exceeding five thousand dollars but not exceeding ten thousand dollars shall be one hundred fifty dollars. | |
