AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL PERMITTING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 97 of the general statutes be amended to require municipalities to post on their Internet web sites (1) the hours during which the public may view or apply for zoning permits, building permits, wetlands permits or certificates of occupancy, and (2) application forms available for downloading for such permits.
Statement of Purpose:
To require municipalities to post on their Internet web sites permit application forms and the hours during which the public may apply for and view certain permits.
