AN ACT REPEALING THE BAN ON THE SALE OF COFFEE IN HIGH SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-221q of the general statutes be amended to permit local and regional boards of education to allow the sale of coffee in public high schools.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the sale of coffee in high schools.
