AN ACT REQUIRING THE CHAIRPERSON OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT A STUDY OF CABLE ADVISORY COUNCILS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the chairperson of the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority be required to study the necessity of cable advisory councils.
Statement of Purpose:
To determine whether cable advisory councils are necessary.
