AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF GLYPHOSATES IN WATERSHED AREAS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of glyphosates in watershed areas.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit contamination of watersheds by glyphosates.
