AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SERIES LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 613 of the general statutes be amended to allow for the establishment of a series limited liability company in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the establishment of a series limited liability company in the state.
