AN ACT REPEALING THE CORPORATION BUSINESS TAX SURCHARGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 208 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the corporate business tax surcharge.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate an impediment to job creation in the state of Connecticut by repealing the corporate business tax surcharge.
