2424 AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPROVAL PROCESS FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES FOR REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND REAL ESTATE SALESPERSONS.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 20-319 of the general statutes be amended to provide that courses offered to fulfill the continuing education requirements for real estate brokers and real estate salespersons be approved by the Connecticut Real Estate Commission on a state-wide basis, regardless of the location or locations in the state where such courses are or will be offered.
