AN ACT ESTABLISHING FEES FOR APPLICATIONS TO MUNICIPAL HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 97a of the general statutes be amended to allow a municipality to charge a fee for the processing of an application to an historic district commission.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow towns to recover the costs of historic district applications.
