AN ACT PHASING OUT THE HOSPITALS TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 211a of the general statutes be amended to phase out the hospitals tax over six years.
Statement of Purpose:
To phase out the hospital provider tax.
