AN ACT CONCERNING VIDEO SLOT MACHINES AT CERTAIN OFF-TRACK BETTING FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 226 of the general statutes be amended to authorize the operation of video slot machines at any existing off-track betting branch facility that is located within five miles of Interstate 91 or Interstate 95.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the state gaming revenue by authoring the operation of video slot machines at certain off-track betting facilities.
