AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY DRONES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the types and uses of drones and make recommendations, including any proposed legislation, regarding the use of drones in a report to be submitted to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to public safety.
Statement of Purpose:
To gather information about the types and uses of drones.
