2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 4 of the general statutes be amended to broaden the scope of provisions prohibiting false claims for public assistance to include, but not be limited to: (1) Unemployment compensation, (2) housing assistance, (3) the earned income tax credit, (4) energy assistance, (5) food assistance, and (6) cash assistance.
