AN ACT CONCERNING THE COMMISSION ON HEALTH EQUITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 38a-1051 be amended to (1) allow the Commission on Health Equity to appoint an executive director, who shall be in the unclassified service, and (2) place the commission within the Insurance Department for administrative purposes.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the Commission on Health Equity to appoint an executive director and place the commission within the Insurance Department for administrative purposes.
