AN ACT REPEALING THE EARNED RISK REDUCTION CREDIT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 18-98e of the general statutes be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To discontinue the use of the earned risk reduction credit program.
