2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to establish a program that allows a person with disabilities or a family member of such person to deposit funds into an account to be used for such person's expenses, including expenses relating to education, housing, transportation, employment support, health care and assistive technology, and under which such funds are not considered taxable income for purposes of the state income tax.
