AN ACT CONCERNING CAMERAS ON VEHICLES TRANSPORTING CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the installation of cameras on vehicles operated by school districts that transport children with special needs.
Statement of Purpose:
To add increased protection to students with special needs.
