AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF EDUCATION MANDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 163 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Education to conduct a study of education mandates on school districts and provide recommendations regarding possible relief from certain education mandates.
Statement of Purpose:
To study the impact of education mandates on school districts.
