AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FOOD SYSTEMS ADVISORY COUNCIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a food systems advisory council that will advise on the development of local food economies, food access, the establishment of an urban farm microenterprise support program and support urban farming and urban gardening programs.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a food systems advisory council.
