2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 46b-62 of the general statutes be amended to provide that a court may not order a party to a family relations matter to pay fees to a guardian ad litem or attorney for a minor child appointed in a family relations matter, if at the time of such appointment, a party is receiving unemployment compensation.
