2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to prevent any employer from requiring any prospective employee to disclose on an employment application whether the prospective employee has been convicted of a nonviolent misdemeanor if such misdemeanor occurred five years or more from the date that the prospective employee applies for employment.
