28 | 28 | That the general statutes be amended to prevent any employer from requiring any prospective employee to disclose on an employment application whether the prospective employee has been convicted of a nonviolent misdemeanor if such misdemeanor occurred five years or more from the date that the prospective employee applies for employment. | |
