AN ACT CONCERNING REIMBURSEMENT FOR CERTAIN MUNICIPAL EXPENSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that municipalities be reimbursed for expenses incurred for providing resources to residents of other municipalities.
Statement of Purpose:
To assist municipalities who provide nonresidents with assistance on matters such as housing.
