AN ACT ADDING EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES PERSONNEL TO THE LIST OF MANDATED REPORTERS OF ELDERLY ABUSE, NEGLECT, EXPLOITATION OR ABANDONMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-451 of the general statutes be amended to add emergency medical services personnel to the list of mandated reporters of suspected elderly abuse, neglect, exploitation or abandonment.
Statement of Purpose:
To add emergency medical services workers to the mandated reporters statute.
