AN ACT INCREASING THE FINES FOR TEXTING WHILE DRIVING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 14-296aa of the general statutes be amended to increase the fines for texting while driving.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase public safety on the road.
