AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE PUBLIC, EDUCATIONAL AND GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAMMING AND EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT ACCOUNT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2015) The sum of four million two hundred thousand dollars is appropriated to the public, educational and governmental programming and education technology investment account, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, for the purposes of section 16-331cc of the general statutes.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To restore funding for the public, educational and governmental programming and education technology investment account.
