AN ACT REQUIRING THE AUDITORS OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTS TO AUDIT THE UNIVERSITY OF CONNECTICUT FOUNDATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 4a of the general statutes be amended to require the Auditors of Public Accounts to audit the foundation established for The University of Connecticut, provided the identity of all donors who make contributions to the foundation is kept confidential.
Statement of Purpose:
To require an audit of the foundation established for The University of Connecticut.
