2424 AN ACT CONCERNING ADDITIONAL CREDIT FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING BUILT FOR SENIOR CITIZENS.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to provide towns with incentive to increase affordable housing by applying additional credit towards the moratorium calculation for senior housing dedicated to persons and families with income less than or equal to eighty per cent of median income.
