AN ACT INCREASING THE SURETY BOND THRESHOLD FOR MUNICIPAL PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 49-41 of the general statutes be amended to raise the threshold for surety bonds on municipal projects.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the value of a contract for a municipal project that requires the furnishing of a surety bond.
