AN ACT CONCERNING TOBACCO BARS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-342 of the general statutes be amended to remove the prohibition on the expansion or change in location of tobacco bars after December 31, 2002.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the expansion, change in location and establishment of tobacco bars.
