1426 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

1628 Section 1. Subsection (a) of section 10-29a of the general statutes is amended by adding subdivision (69) as follows (Effective from passage):

18-(NEW) (69) The Governor shall proclaim the month of April of each year to be Advance Directive Awareness Month. Suitable exercises shall be held in the State Capitol and elsewhere as the Governor designates for the observance of the month.
