AN ACT CONCERNING A RESULTS-BASED ACCOUNTABILITY ANALYSIS OF THE AMISTAD COMMEMORATIVE ACCOUNT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require an evaluation of expenditures from the Amistad commemorative account, established under section 14-21k of the general statutes, using results-based accountability measures.
Statement of Purpose:
To require evaluation of expenditures from the Amistad commemorative account using results-based accountability measures.
