AN ACT CONCERNING PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNTS FOR UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 36a of the general statutes be amended to allow undocumented immigrants to open personal bank accounts.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow undocumented immigrants to open personal bank accounts.
