AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCLUSION OF DYSLEXIA TRAINING IN THE PROGRAM OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR TEACHERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-148b of the general statutes be amended to include training regarding the detection and recognition of, and appropriate interventions for, students with dyslexia in the program of professional development for teachers.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide dyslexia training to teachers as part of their professional development.
