AN ACT INCREASING A TOWN'S EDUCATION COST SHARING GRANT BY A TEN PER CENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to increase each town's education cost-sharing grant by ten per cent for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2016, and June 30, 2017.
Statement of Purpose:
To address the rising costs of education to towns by increasing a town's education cross-sharing grant by ten per cent.
