2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 10-221 of the general statutes be amended to permit local and regional boards of education have the authority to make the decision whether or not to control the kind of information a student can access on the Internet or through the use of interactive and digital technologies through the use of electronic or mobile devices owned or leased by such board of education.
